Ham, ricotta and cucumber rolls

Ingredients
- 100g ricotta
- 1 teaspoon seeded mustard
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Lebanese cucumber
- 4 slices ham, approximately 2-3mm thick
Method
- Mix together the ricotta and mustard and season with salt and pepper
- Finely slice the cucumber longways
- Evenly spread the ricotta mix over the slices of ham
- Layer over the cucumber slices and roll each piece of ham into a long cigar shape
- When ready slice into rounds and serve with drinks
